Google 登录是可选的登录方式。经您授权，本站只使用登录所需的称呼、邮箱和 Google 账号标识，核验身份并创建或关联本站账号。Google 密码不会传给本站，本站密码也不会发送给 Google。本站只请求基本身份、邮箱和个人资料权限，不申请 Gmail、Google Drive 或离线访问权限。
本站保存 Google 账号标识与本站账号的对应关系及必要的账号资料；身份核验完成后，不持久化保存 Google 访问令牌、刷新令牌或身份令牌。使用 Google 创建新账号时，需要明确同意本政策。邮箱相同不会自动合并账号：如已有本站账号，请先用原账号登录，再确认关联并重新验证本站密码。
您可以通过 联系支持人员提出账号资料更正、停用或删除请求。运营人员会核对身份和相关记录后处理；不要发送密码或 Google 令牌。关联本站账号不改变 Google 自身的数据处理政策。本站其他计算、运营记录、账单和数据来源的处理方式见下方条款。
Google sign-in and personal information
Supplement dated October 5, 2026. This supplements the existing service and data policy below. The corresponding clauses below continue to govern services, prices, cancellation and refunds.
Google sign-in is optional. With your authorization, this site uses only the name, email address and Google account identifier needed to verify your identity and create or link a local account. Your Google password is not sent to this site, and your local password is not sent to Google. The site requests only basic identity, email and profile scopes, with no Gmail, Google Drive or offline-access permission.
The site retains the association between your Google identifier and local account, together with necessary account information. After identity verification, Google access, refresh and identity tokens are not persistently stored. Creating a new account with Google requires explicit agreement to this policy. Matching email addresses do not automatically merge accounts: sign in to your existing local account first, then confirm the link and verify your local password again.
Use contact support to request account corrections, deactivation or deletion. Staff verify your identity and the relevant records before processing the request; do not send passwords or Google tokens. Linking a local account does not change Google's own data policies. The clauses below describe other calculations, operational records, billing and data sources.

Services and research boundaries
The service calculates using versioned Xuan Kong rules, public building footprints, roads and user inputs. Chart scores express matching under the selected rules; orientation confidence is an evidence score. “Auspicious homes” is a display term for selected buildings under those rules. It does not guarantee housing, health, financial or investment outcomes. Conditional selection, unknown building periods, map uncertainty and review requirements remain with the results, and do not imply that a field survey has been completed.

Enterprise inquiries and professional services
An enterprise inquiry collects the organization, contact name, email, optional phone, project location, service direction and description to respond, clarify evidence and scope, and record later project communications and delivery. You must confirm this purpose before submitting. Contact details are not added to a promotional mailing list. Authorized staff manage project information in protected records; it is not added to public research maps or made available to other ordinary users.
Submission creates an inquiry and returns a reference. It does not automatically create a paid order, charge you or start a subscription. Scope, quotation, output formats and verification arrangements require separate agreement. No attachments, passwords, card data or sensitive financial information are needed at this stage. Records are retained for business handling and review. Use project support with your reference to request corrections, an end to contact or deletion; staff verify the request before handling it.

咨询准备问题只整理需求，不建立订单、不发送邮件、不产生费用，也不作为购买资格评分。填写联系人、预约地址、意向日期与备注并提交预约后，会建立或恢复原预约，再前往定金结账。联系方式与私人地址用于预约沟通和业务处理，不进入公共研究地图。
预约定金为一次性付款，支付后不支持退款；不会开通研究订阅或增加研究额度。定金金额和币种以当次预约表单及结账页为准。余款、服务范围、时间与交付安排由双方另行确认；意向日期不等于已确认服务时间。依法享有的权利不受本说明限制。
浏览器超时或离开结账页面不能证明付款失败。请核对原预约的确认记录；如已付款，不要重复支付定金。同资料重试用于恢复原预约，不自动重复提交。本页的预约恢复草稿仅在当前浏览器标签页临时保留一小时，包含原提交资料，不含银行卡或支付密钥；可主动清除，清除草稿不会取消服务器预约。
Personal consultations and booking deposits
Preparation questions summarise requirements. They create no order, send no email, charge no fee and do not score eligibility to buy. Submitting contact details, an address, requested date and notes creates or restores the original booking before deposit checkout. Contact details and private addresses support booking communications and business handling; they are not added to public research maps.
The booking deposit is a one-time payment and is non-refundable after payment. It does not start a research subscription or add research credits. The amount and currency are shown in the current booking form and checkout. Any remaining fee, scope, time and deliverables are agreed separately. A requested date is not a confirmed appointment time. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
A browser timeout or leaving checkout does not prove that payment failed. Check the original payment-confirmation record; do not pay another deposit if you have already paid. Retrying the same details restores the original booking without automatic replay. A recovery draft retains the original details for one hour in the current browser tab, without card data or payment secrets. You can clear it; clearing a local draft does not cancel the server booking.

Accounts and your own data
Registration collects your email, name and password. Passwords are stored as salted hashes rather than plain text. After email verification, your workspace can save and display your research tasks and review results. Other ordinary users cannot view your tasks, input labels or review notes. The open trial counts one centre point and studies building–mouth relationships within the allowed radius and selected rules. During the same browser's seven-day access period, you can page through the task's results and evidence. The trial does not provide cross-session history or export.

Operational records and administrator access
The site records functional access, input parameters, calculations, validation, review history, task progress, credits, payment events and administrative actions for operation, fault investigation and research. Administrators can inspect, export, verify, withdraw and handle these records. Passwords, session tokens, payment secrets and full card details are excluded from usage logs. Abuse prevention uses server-encrypted summaries of network-address identifiers.
Research records and historical versions remain in protected storage for review. Deactivation, recoverable deletion and permanent deletion depend on the record type and its task/payment relationships. Relevant payment and research evidence may be retained. Request account deactivation, corrections or deletion through support; staff verify identity and related records first. Payment providers independently retain transaction records required by law.
计算复用与吉宅精选地图
公开演示优先采用公共设施及商业建筑。住宅、混合住宅、敏感设施和用途不明建筑不进入公开或共享目录，即使已被管理员选中也不能绕过此规则。注册用户可在自己的任务与个人研究地图中查看本人住宅分析；管理员继续承担全部研究记录的运营管理责任。
后台可复用其他扫描已取得的公开地图资料及相同输入的计算缓存；不会因此向您开放其他用户的私人工作区。用户自己的复核修改只对自己的任务生效；管理员核实的公共修正可用于后续计算。管理员只能将有明确非住宅用途证据、经过核对的建筑水口关系发布到共享研究资料地图；发布内容包括建筑位置、排盘、来源、评分和条件标记，不包含用户身份、任务标签、私人复核说明及账号记录。
吉宅精选地图只使用本站提供的建筑数据与绘制代码。底图提供方接收普通瓦片请求及为加载底图所需的网络信息，不接收入选建筑清单、评分、排盘或复核记录。精选数据页面仅运行本站代码；Google 地图脚本在无同源权限的隔离框架中运行，只接收底图视图参数，不能读取父页面的建筑依据、账号或私人记录。本站不将成果数据库上传到地图提供方的数据库。
Calculation reuse and shared building maps
Public demonstrations prioritize public facilities and commercial buildings. Residential, mixed-residential, sensitive and unknown-use buildings are excluded from public and shared catalogues; administrator selection cannot bypass this rule. Registered users can inspect their own residential analysis within their own tasks and personal research maps. Administrators remain responsible for operational management.
Public map data and calculations with identical inputs may be reused across scans without exposing another user's private workspace. Your review changes affect only your own tasks; administrator-verified public corrections can inform later calculations. Publication requires clear non-residential-use evidence and reviewed building–mouth relationships. Shared records include location, charts, sources, scores and conditions; they exclude user identity, task labels, private notes and account records.
The curated map uses this site's building data and rendering. Basemap providers receive ordinary tile requests and network information needed to load maps, not selected-building lists, scores, charts or review records. Google map scripts run in a sandboxed frame without same-origin permission, receiving only basemap view parameters. They cannot read the parent page's evidence, accounts or private records. The results database is not uploaded into a map provider's database.

当前提供免费注册研究者、研究支持者 CAD 19/月、进阶研究者 CAD 59/月及协作研究者 CAD 199/月；当前资助金额与额度以账号页面和 Stripe 结账页为准。价格以加元计，适用税费会在结账页显示。研究资助用户按月自动续付，可以在账单管理页面取消下次续付。取消后已支付期间的权限保留至该期间结束。未付款、付款争议或退款可能暂停相关研究权限。
游客寻龙额度按 UTC 自然日重置，同一网络共享每日一次；会员使用额度按 UTC 自然月重置，不累计。寻龙按成功创建的任务计次，包含复核重算；后台失败任务可以在原任务内按限制重试；数据源故障且未产生计算结果时退回寻龙次数。导出按条数累计，共享地图查询与详情访问计次，游客查看自己体验任务的结果与详情不另计次。半径、水口数量、建筑水口组合及并发数均有服务器限制。到期后保留自己已有结果的查看权限，新计算按免费注册研究者额度执行。已开通订阅的价格变更由后续通知及结账流程处理，不因后台改价静默改变既有扣款金额。退款或账单问题请通过本站联系入口提出；依法享有的权利不受本说明限制。
Research support, credits and billing
Research support funds computing resources, map-data preparation, method review and maintenance, with defined access for each plan. It is continuing paid support with agreed resources and access, not a tax-exempt donation. The term “support” does not change prices, renewal, cancellation or refund rules.
Plans currently include free registered researcher, Research Supporter CAD 19/month, Advanced Researcher CAD 59/month and Collaborative Researcher CAD 199/month. Current prices and credits are shown in the account and Stripe checkout. Prices are in Canadian dollars, with applicable tax shown at checkout. Paid plans renew monthly. Stop the next renewal in account billing management; access for the already-paid period remains until its end. Non-payment, payment disputes or refunds may suspend related research access.
Guest scans reset each UTC calendar day and share one daily scan per network. Member credits reset each UTC calendar month without rollover. Scans count successfully created tasks and include review recalculations. Failed tasks can be retried within the original task under the limits; source failures without calculation results return the scan credit. Exports count rows, while shared-map queries and details count visits. Viewing your own trial task's results does not use extra credits. Server limits apply to radius, mouths, building–mouth combinations and concurrency. On expiry, existing personal results remain viewable while new calculations use free registered-researcher credits. Existing subscription charges are not silently changed by an administrative price edit. Use billing support for refunds or billing questions. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

Data sources and licences
Public map sources include OpenStreetMap contributors and the Overture Maps Foundation. Exported footprints and source data must retain attribution and the relevant licence. Software calculations and personal review records are saved separately; paid access does not change open-data licences. See OpenStreetMap copyright and ODbL and Overture attribution. Third-party basemaps also have their own service terms and capacity limits.
